MAKE THE STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL

Take a new Vraymtl and make it diffuse black. Turn off the Fresnel reflections and bring the reflections value up to max. This will result in a chrome look. All you have to do now is take the glossiness value to about 0.3. Then, you plug this into a blend material with the metal material as the base, stainless steel as the first coat and the scratches as the blend alpha.
