01 GETTING STARTED

For me, the most important thing when working with concept art is the original concept that I use for inspiration. Sometimes you work on the same concept for days on end, so whatever you choose has to be exciting enough to keep you engaged and motivated to finish your sculpt. I chose some amazing concept art by Justin Rodrigues as I found his work really appealing; the characters he creates have a lot of personality, especially his Croc Pirate.
