CREATE A 3D BRUSH

Save out your nose sculpt as a 3D brush to have it available as and when you need it. Switch off the perspective, make sure the plane is positioned straight for the camera to capture it, choose a 3D brush like Chisel3d and clone it in the Brush tab. Navigate to Brush>create and press Create Multialpha Brush. A 3D mark will appear on the new alpha icon. Save it to your library.
