Without a doubt one of my favourite features of Renderman is the Interactive Preview Renderer (IPR). It is the same quality as the production renderer but targeted to interactive sessions in which artists can have fast feedback while designing their characters or scenes. And things will get even better when XPU will be released. The interactive capabilities of Renderman will be substantially improved and, as a consequence, it will have an enormous positive impact in every single part of current production pipelines. XPU will use all the resources of your workstations (CPUS and GPUS) to provide what we consider will be the next gen of interactivity within high-quality production renderers. As I always said: "The faster, the better!"
