hdprman, the Renderman plugin for Hydra, which allows us to render USD into any tool that uses Hydra for rendering USD. One example is that hdprman is used to integrate Renderman with the Solaris features of Houdini 18. Any studio that builds custom tools using USD and Hydra also has the ability to provide path-traced results via Renderman with nearly no additional effort. As the USD and Hydra feature sets continue to evolve, more of the richness of Renderman will be accessible from that technology stack.
