PROJECTA INTELLI-CHARGER IDC45

This new 45amp 12-Volt, three-stage Dc/solar battery charger includes many of the same features of Projecta’s IDC25, but offers a much larger output. The IDC45 can charge simultaneously from alternator and solar inputs and can switch between both of these inputs without any need to manually switch it over. The IDC45 features dual charging modes for both conventional and the newer ‘smart’ alternators now on the market, plus it can be used as an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) solar controller. It features over/under voltage protection, over-temp protection, anti-sparking and reverse connection protection. The unit is designed at extreme temps (up to 80°C at a reduced charge rate) and can support multichemistry batteries, such as GEL, AGM, WET and calcium.
