THE MAN FROM SNOWY RIVER BUSH FESTIVAL (VIC)
The organisers of the annual ‘The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival’ recently announced that 100 per cent of the profits from the event will go towards bush fire recovery. The 2020 festival will run from April 2 to 5 in Corryong, Victoria, and is a celebration of everything to do with Victorian High Country cattlemen. As such there will be plenty of horse events, dog events, whip cracking, bush poetry and music, and much more. CRADLE MOUNTAIN FILM FESTIVAL (TAS)
Head to Cradle Mountain, Tasmania from April 3 to 5, 2020 for a weekend of adventure and film. The Cradle Mountain Film Festival is in its sixth year and showcases the best of the world’s adventure films, including exclusive screening of Mountainfilm On Tour from Telluride, Colorado. The program includes Green Carpet screenings and adventurer Q&AS in a Forest Yurt Cinema, familyfriendly films, the self-guided Mountain Huts Film Trail, Tasmanian short adventure films, workshops, outdoor activities and more. BEETOOTA HORSE AND MOTORBIKE GYMKHANA (QLD)
If you want to get a taste of real outback Queensland make sure you drop in to the Beetoota Horse and Motorbike Gymkhana that takes place in Birdsville from April 17 to 19, 2020. Watch bush men and women compete in exercises of true horsemanship and skilful dirtbike riding, with the Horse Gymkhana followed by the Motorbike Enduro on Saturday. There will be more bike action on Sunday, so plan ahead and camp overnight. There will be onsite catering (outback style) and plenty of cold beer at the bar. CARAVAN AND CAMPING SUPERSHOW (NSW)
The NSW Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow will take place at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse from April 28 to May 3, 2020. Run by the Caravan Camping Industry Association (CCIA) NSW, this is your one-stop shop to see and compare caravans and camping equipment from Australia’s leading manufacturers and distributors. ORD VALLEY MUSTER (WA)
The Kimberley’s biggest festival, the Ord Valley Muster, will take place from May 15 to 24. This will be the 20th running of the Muster and there will be 30 events taking place over 10 days, starting with live music by Jon Stevens and Jessica Mauboy who will be performing at the Kimberley Moon Experience on May
