-

The popular Honeymoon Bay camping area and fishing charter business just north of Kalumburu, has decided not to open this year to travellers, but will definitely be open for 2023. Contact Honeymoon Bay next year from April onward for up-to-date info following the wet season; see: www. honeymoonbaywa.com Kalumburu is also closed. The road and campsite at Mitchell Falls is likely to remain open with all Wunambal Gaambera country visitor locations, including Punamii-uunpuu (Mitchell Falls) open for the 2022 season. Munurru (King Edward River), Mertens (Mitchell River NP) and Walsh Point campgrounds will also open.

To visit the falls (see map) requires a visitor pass from: https:// wunambalgaambera.org.au

Farther east, Home Valley station will remain closed for 2022. Visit: https://homevalley.com.au

Luckily, El Questro and Emma Gorge Resort will be open. Both will be busy and crowded, with bookings damn near essential. See: www.elquestro.com.au
