BCSA AN­NOUNCES NEW SALES MAN­AGER

QUEENS­LAND-BASED dis­trib­u­tor for Bon­luck buses, Bus and Coach Sales Aus­trala­sia (BCSA), has ap­pointed a new sales man­ager to ser­vice QLD, NT and North­ern NSW for the Bon­luck, Higer and Optare bus and coach prod­ucts it pro­vides.

Luke El­dred – who brings with him many years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the bus and coach field as an op­er­a­tor and now as a sales and mar­ket­ing ex­ec­u­tive – takes up the new role im­me­di­ately, says BCSA.

El­dred’s ap­point­ment gives added strength to the al­ready strong BCSA sales team to en­sure the com­pany’s cus­tomers’ needs are met through­out Aus­tralia, it states.

In 2011 BCSA forged a new part­ner­ship with Bon­luck Bus (BLK); this part­ner­ship has fa­cil­i­tated a more stream­lined busi­ness model with di­rect ac­cess to the Bon­luck fac­tory over­seas, al­low­ing greater in­put and qual­ity con­trol on new mod­els in­tro­duced to the mar­ket place in 2012, the com­pany says.

This part­ner­ship also al­lowed greater free­dom in new de­signs, up­dated tech­nol­ogy and fu­tur­is­tic pos­si­bil­i­ties in buses and coaches, it says.
