Porsche GTS unleashed
Porsche has added two highperformance models to its new Panamera range, the GTS and GTS Sport Turismo.
Both are powered by a 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine generating 338kW of power and maximum torque of 620Nm, getting them from zero to 100km/h in 4.1 seconds when used with the standard Sport Chrono package.
Power is transmitted to the Porsche Traction Management allwheel drive system by the eightspeed PDK dual-clutch gearbox.
Adaptive air suspension with three-chamber technology is fitted as standard. The sports chassis has been lowered by 10mm.
Porsche Active Suspension Management has been adapted for an even sportier calibration. The GTS models are equipped with 20-inch Panamera Design wheels painted in black as standard.
Inside are large brakes, 390mm in diameter at the front and 365mm at the rear, which deliver outstanding deceleration.
Visually, the Sport Design package boasts a new front apron in black, with black trims at the rear apron.
The interior features Alcantara on the seat centres, door panel armrest and centre console.
The interior trims are finished in anodised aluminium.
There is also a heated multifunction sports steering wheel with gearshift paddles.
Infotainment is by Connect Plus featuring the LTE telephone module with SIM card reader, Apple CarPlay and the Porsche Connect App.
