YOU may have noticed Alpine News has undergone some changes. Over summer we decided on a redesign which included a new shape and layout. This follows our decision at the end of last year’s ski season to partner with Steve Cuff in Jindabyne to launch Snowy Mountains Magazine. As sister publications they will have a similar look.
Snowy Mountains Magazine is well on the way to becoming the major spowsports publication covering the Snowy Mountains resorts and we have plans to grow it as a key reference for locals and visitors for all season activities across the Snowy Monaro region.
Alpine News will now primarily focus on Victorian news and events which is how it started out 34 years ago. It will continue to feature the Resorts Guide and prices, competition updates, race calendar, ski fashion and equipment updates, Alpine Property Guide and much more. Both Alpine News and Snowy Mountains
Magazine are available as digital editions. Visit nemedia.pressreader.com for details on how to subscribe for free.
With early snowfalls across the Alps, the 2017 snow season is shaping up pretty well. So it’s time to book resort accommodation, go see the latest ski and boarding gear and start planning your ski trips. And don’t forget to check out our advertisers featured in this edition for all your snowsports requirements.
Enjoy the read. The next Alpine News edition will be out in mid-July.
