GAP­STED Wines’ Sea­sonal Long Lunches are the per­fect way to ex­pe­ri­ence the win­ery’s hos­pi­tal­ity with its stun­ning views, mouth-wa­ter­ing dishes us­ing fresh lo­cal pro­duce and pre­mium wines.

The long lunches are par­tic­u­larly pop­u­lar with lo­cals, some who at­tend ev­ery event re­li­giously to see what amaz­ing com­bi­na­tions the chef comes up with next.

“Our head chef, Dan and his team re­ally en­joy de­vel­op­ing the dishes for our long lunches and are con­tin­u­ally rais­ing the bar,” Gap­sted Wines restau­rant and cel­lar door man­ager Anissa Grif­fiths said.

“It’s a chance for them to ex­per­i­ment and take our guests on a gas­tro­nom­i­cal jour­ney that re­ally high­lights the best lo­cal pro­duce of the season and show­cases our wines, that ex­tends be- yond our ev­ery­day menu.”

The next Long Lunch on the cal­en­dar is the Wine­mak­ers’ Win­ter Long Lunch be­ing held on Saturday July 28 from 12pm4pm.

At just $125 per per­son for five cour­ses matched with wines, this ex­cel­lent value event is al­ways a sell-out.

Wine­mak­ers will be in at­ten­dance at the event to talk about the wines and an­swer any ques- tions guests may have.
