Corsair M65 Pro

Everything you could want, and more.

-

Finally, a mouse with removable weights! Corsair has included three removable weights across the bottom of this mouse, allowing the user to make it feel just right. It’s for right-handers (sorry lefties), and comes with Corsair’s obsession for RGB lighting — once we plugged it in, it synched with the Corsair keyboard we were using, pulsing to life.

Corsair has decked this out with extra large PTFE glide pads, which means it’ll slide across your mouse pad like butter in a frying pan. The ergonomics are a little different, so we’d recommend you try it before buying it, though as a palm gamer, it felt great.

Despite using an optical sensor, Corsair has used software trickery to increase the DPI to a whopping 12,000, not that anybody would ever go so high. We love the sniping button on the left side — hit this, and the DPI drops nice and low, making every shot count. Speaking of buttons, there’s plenty here, with eight in total.

The Corsair Utility Engine is one of the most advanced on the market, allowing you to share profiles online with other players, and opening up all of the most advanced options we’ve seen on a mouse. Again, we really love the surface calibration feature, which optimises the mouse for your specific mouse pad. If you like the ergonomics of this mouse, we can highly recommend it — just make sure the glove fits before laying down your dollars.
