Chinese firms indicted by the US for corporate espionage

Two companies based in China and Taiwan, along with three individuals, have been indicted by the US Justice Department for conspiring to steal trade secrets from American semiconductor company Micron Technology. While the Trump administration tries to crack down on alleged Chinese espionage, China is asking for evidence. “If the United States truly has genuine concerns, it should provide real examples to test these remarks that can stand up under evidence and facts,” a spokesperson for China’s Foreign Ministry declared.
