Fantastical is full of other great collaboration features. For instance, while you can assign each calendar its own colour, you can also set colours for certain events within an individual calendar. That’s useful if you have a shared work calendar and want to easily differentiate team meetings from your own tasks, say. Just control-click an event and click Color. You can also attach files to events. Double-click an event, click the down arrow to expand it, then click Add Attachment. Everyone on the event will now get a copy of the attachment.
