HOW TO: Propose event times to your colleagues

01MAKE A FEW SUGGESTION­S

Not sure when is best for a meeting? Suggest several times by clicking Propose Another Time in the event creation window. By default, each new event is added a day later, but you can manually change its time to suit.

02WAIT FOR RESPONSES

When you’re done, click Add Proposal. Each proposed event is added to your calendar with a Proposed marker. Every person in the event is emailed the list of choices and can choose as many time slots as they like.

03FINALISE THE DATE

If everyone agrees on a time, it’s automatica­lly scheduled in Fantastica­l and added to the other attendees’ calendars, while the remaining proposed times are removed. The agreed-upon event has its Proposed tag removed, too.
