Export Apple Books to Readwise

Here’s how to sync those ebooks

Syncing your content from online services to Readwise is straightforward, but there is one exception that takes a bit more work: Apple Books. First, download the Readwise Mac tool from readwise.io and install it. Launch the app and let it sync your Books highlights and notes. When it is done, open Readwise on iOS and your Books highlights should have appeared. Be aware that if you have saved notes to a PDF using Preview, then imported it into Books, these notes will not transfer to Readwise. You need to make the notes in the Books app itself.
