AI is creating coronavirus vaccine recipes

Researchers are developing a new technique to develop recipes for coronavirus medications that are currently being trialled to ensure they can upscale production quickly enough to meet the inevitable demand. Normally drug companies receive 20 year patents for new medications and can sell them at a price where manufacturing ease and cost have no need for efficiency, but a coronavirus treatment would need to be manufactured as cheaply and easily as possible to be able to benefit countries with less sophisticated medical manufacturing facilities.
