HOW TO: Add highlights from your books and articles

01 CHOOSE A SOURCE

Readwise lets you import highlights from various sources, including Medium, Instapaper, Pocket, and more. Tap Add Highlights, choose a source and log in, then wait for Readwise to sync your notes to your device.

02 MANUALLY ENTER TEXT

Alternatively, you can manually enter a highlight by typing it. On the Add Highlights page, tap the pencil icon, then type a passage. Tap Next. Add notes and page numbers if you like and assign the highlight to a book.

03 TAKE A PICTURE

Alternatively, tap the camera icon on the Add Highlights page and snap a passage from a book. Tap the Next arrow and highlight the text to import. Make any corrections, add notes and page numbers, then assign it to a book.
