HANGOUTS

START AN OPEN HANGOUT

01 GO TO HANGOUTS

Click on the grid icon in the top-right corner of the Google interface and then choose Hangouts. Once loaded all of the tools you need to text, call and video conference people will be available.

03 POST AN INVITATION

Click on the Video Call icon to initiate a chat. You will then be able to invite people to your Hangout by entering names or phone numbers into the space provided.

02 EXPLORE THE OPTIONS

Click on the ‘…’ icon in the left column and then choose the Settings option. You will now be able to set notifications and set your status to let others know you are available to chat.

04 QUICK HOOKUP

All of your previous Hangouts will be listed in the Hangouts column on the left, so you can hook up with the same bunch of people again quickly and easily by just clicking on them in the list.
