Archicad and Breese Street

Great design in every detail

-

Breese Street is a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments designed using Archicad, by DKO Architecture and Breathe Architecture for Milieu Property. Breese Street is designed to foster wellbeing and emphasize community. Fossil fuel-free, with a 7.9-star sustainability rating and a maximum of five neighbours per floor, it’s a building designed for daily life in easy synergy with our environment. With great design in every detail, a sawtooth roof architecturally responds to the suburb’s industrial heritage, while simultaneously responding to issues of climate change.

Breese Street is contextually driven with a strong identity, underpinned by social and sustainable design principles.

The Breese Street project was designed with GRAPHISOFT’s Archicad, provided by Central Innovation. Archicad’s powerful built-in tools feature algorithmic design workflows, large model support, highly automated documentation, one-click publishing, photorealistic rendering, and best-in-class analysis.

Archicad lets architects focus on what they do best: design great buildings.
