Located in the International Commerce Centre, the tower was designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. Overlooking Hong Kong Island, Victoria Harbour, Tai Mo Shan, and the Kowloon Peninsula, the observation platform can be reached via high-speed elevators that take just 60 seconds – an experience in itself!
