FBT

FBT is not only famous for its vibrantly coloured and comfortable shorts, but this Thai brand exports to more than 40 countries worldwide. Chokephaibulkit was formerly a repairman for leather goods, and was once tasked to fix a football. That made history: He figured out how to sew a football just by studying one, and became the first manufacturer of footballs in Thailand. Henceforth, the company was named “Football Thai Factory (FBT) Sporting Goods Co”. In 1978, FBT was FIFA certified – the first company in Asia to achieve this standing. Since then, it has sponsored many football, boxing, and multi-sporting events in the region.
