Bakmi Ayam
Recognised as a ChineseIndonesian course, bakmiayam is a dish of yellow wheat noodles mixed in a bowl with cooking oil, soy sauce, and garlic. A seasoned chicken and mushroom mixture is then placed on the noodles, and topped with chopped spring onions. The noodles are served with a separate chicken broth, boiled chinese cabbage, and
wontons (dumplings) or bakso (meatballs).
