Douhua

This soft tofu pudding is enjoyed by itself, but also served with toppings such as cooked peanuts, adzuki beans, cooked oatmeal, tapioca, or mung beans, and drenched in syrup flavoured with ginger or almond. During the summer, douhua is served with crushed ice, and served warm in winter.
