Last chance to catch the circus
Circus lovers still have a chance to catch one of the highlights of the year in Margaret River, with tickets still available to the Great Moscow Circus tonight and this weekend.
The much-loved circus is already well known nationwide for its mix of skill and feats of daring.
Circus team member Kathy Weber said audiences could expect a huge night out and plenty of thrills. “We’ve got great acts from oversees and locally,” Mrs Weber said. “We’ve got the Globe of Death, the motorbikes, our Flair riders — he does back somersaults and everything in there. We’ve got aerial acts, trapeze, silks, we’ve got our Russian troupes in there, they do trampoline and a big swing act, we’ve got clowns, hula-hoop, really, we’ve got everything.”
Mrs Weber described the circus as professional with a focus on using few animals in the show.
The show youngest member and Flair rider is Cruz Weber, 4, whose three sisters are also in the troupe.
The circus will be at Margaret River’s Gloucester Park until Sunday, with matinees on Saturday and Sunday.
