True Blue Turf Farm has been servicing the South West’s lawn and turf requirements for almost 15 years, owned and operated by the Deale family and their dedicated team who all live locally in the South West. The team aims to provide quality turf at a level of unsurpassed excellence in service, providing six varieties of turf to residents from Yanchep to Albany, all grown right here in the South West. With a new automatic harvester and more than 400,000m2 of turf in production, True Blue Turf Farm is the South West region’s biggest and premier turf supplier. Sapphire is equal in performance to any other new breed of soft leaf buffalo, with the added benefit of fine texture. It grows quickly across the ground, providing quick recovery from wear, has excellent winter colour and a deep root system. Sapphire is truly amazing; its rich green colour will make your lawn “the envy of the street.” Sapphire is bred in Australia for Australian conditions and is now grown worldwide. Kenda is a fast establishing form of kikuyu turf with excellent wear tolerance and is the fastest recovery turf available, making it the perfect choice for active kids and energetic dogs. It is winter active, meaning in most parts of Western Australia you can have a dark green lawn all year round. Kenda was bred to be predominantly male sterile, meaning it is less likely to produce seed, therefore better for allergy sufferers and less invasive. Other varieties of turf available from True Blue include Standard Sports Kikuyu, Nara Zoysia, Empire Zoysia, and Wintergreen Couch. The team offers interest free purchases of their turf and products to approved clients, which can extend to full landscaping packages, working closely with more than 100 local landscapers. True Blue Turf loves dealing direct with the public and as such, the turf farm is open for clients to explore the different varieties available. The team is proud to announce that this spring, a new turf specialist shop will be opening opposite Bunnings on Blair Street in Bunbury. This new premises will further service the South West as the local one stop shop for all your turf and turf care needs. Not only does True Blue sell turf, it also offers great advice and a comprehensive range of soil improving and turf care products to ensure your lawn, new or old, stays in top condition all year round.
