Type: Profession­al digital medium format mirrorless camera with Fujifilm G bayonet lens mount.

Focusing: TTL automatic using contrast-detection measuremen­ts. 117 or 425 measuring points (13x9 or 25x17 patterns). Single-point, Zone (7x7, 5x5 or 3x3 point clusters selected from 117 points) and Wide/Tracking modes.

Six focus point sizes. Face/eye detection with left/right priority. Manual switching between one-shot and continuous AF modes. AF+MF mode. Low-light assist via illuminato­r. Manual focus assist via magnified image, focus peaking display (white, red, blue or yellow; low or high levels). Sensitivit­y range is EV -3.5 - 18 (ISO 100 and f/1.7).

Metering: 256-point multi-zone, centreweig­hted average, full average, spot (2.0% of frame area) and TTL flash. Spot metering can be locked to AF point/zone. Metering range is EV -4.0 to 20 (ISO 100 and f/2.0).

Exposure Modes: Continuous­ly-variable program with shift, shutter-priority auto, aperturepr­iority auto and metered manual.

Shutter: Electronic, vertical travel, metal blades, 60 minutes to 1/4000 second plus ‘B’ (up to 60 minutes). Flash sync up to 1/125 second. Sensor shutter has a speed range of 60 minutes to 1/16,000 second. Exposure compensati­on up to +/-5.0 EV in 1/3-stop increments. Viewfinder: 1.3 cm OLED-type EVF with 3.69 megadots resolution, 100% vertical/horizontal scene coverage and 0.77x magnificat­ion (35mm equivalent). Automatic/manual switching between the EVF and the LCD monitor screen. Eyepiece strength adjustment built-in. 8.1 cm LCD monitor with 2.36 megadots resolution, three-way tilt adjustment­s and touch screen controls. Both EVF and monitor are adjustable for brightness, colour saturation and colour balance.

Flash: No built-in flash. External flash units connect via hotshoe or PC terminal.

Additional Features: Magnesium alloy bodyshell sealed and insulated, AE/AF lock, auto exposure bracketing (up to +/-3.0 EV over two, three, five, seven or nine frames), multiple exposure facility (up to nine shots), multi-mode self-timer (two or ten second delays), audible signals, auto power-off, wired remote trigger.

Focal Length Magnificat­ion: 0.79x (35mm format), 1.3x (6x4.5cm format). Formats/Resolution: Three JPEG compressio­n settings, RAW output (lossy compressed, lossless compressed or uncompress­ed) and RAW+JPEG capture. TIFF RGB (8-bit) via incamera conversion of RAW files. Two resolution settings at 4:3 aspect ratio; 8256x6192 and 4000x3000 pixels. Two resolution settings at 3:2 aspect ratio; 8256x5504 and 4000x2664 pixels. Stereo microphone­s with auto/manual levels adjustment, level limiter, wind-cut filter and low-cut filter. Stereo audio input and output provided (3.5 mm minijacks). Full HD clip length up to 120 minutes.

Video Features: Full HD video streaming via the HDMI connection (8-bit 4:2:2 colour) with simultaneo­us recording internally, tally light, focus peaking display, digital image stabilisat­ion, focus peaking display, zebra patterns with adjustable brightness threshold, time code support, movie silent control, adjustable headphone volume.

Recording Media: Dual slots for SD, SDHC and SDXC with UHS-II speed support. Sequential, Back-Up and RAW/JPEG slot file management modes.

Continuous Shooting: Unlimited JPEG/large/ superfine frames at 3.0 fps or 13 RAW (compressed) frames (with continuous AF/ AE adjustment). Low speed continuous mode captures at 2.2 fps.

White Balance: TTL measuremen­t. Three auto modes, seven presets and three custom settings. White balance compensati­on (amber-to-blue and/or green-to-magenta) in all presets, and white balance bracketing. Manual colour temperatur­e setting from 2500 to 10,000 degrees Kelvin. Auto White Priority maintains whites under incandesce­nt lighting. Auto Ambience Priority maintains warmer hues under incandesce­nt lighting.
