BIGGER IS BETTER

I have been back in the UK for

43 years, but during my final years of schooling and university in Hobart and Melbourne I was bitten by the bug of Australia’s unique natural world. I am a long-time subscriber and was thinking that recent years of Australian Geographic were leaving me a little disappointed, wanting longer articles with more depth of material.

Then I received AG 145 and discovered my disappointments answered, especially by the article on Joseph Banks – 14 pages in all.

Then there were longer articles in AG 146 too. I am getting excited to receive the next issue! My comment is in direct contrast to your feedback in AG 146, which asked for short sentences and short articles, so you won’t please everyone. But keep up this variety of heavier material mixed with your collection of shorter, punchier articles.This is a great magazine to read on a dull day in England – though this year we have seen some fantastic blue skies!
