If Ryan Campbell is fond of aphorisms ( Reaching for the sky, AG 146), there is one more that sums up his attitude perfectly – ‘when one door closes, another one opens’. Far from being limited by a debilitating handicap, the opposite is, in fact, the case. Ryan has refused to be defined by his injury and is proof that a person’s capacity is relative to their goal.
