DV MARK/MARKBASS

DV Mark/Markbass unveiled plenty of new and updated products this year, including the DV and EGC RAW DAWG 60 amps: a head and combo for the great Eric Gales. The idea is to give Gales the perfect dynamic, warm clean sound through which to play his – wait for it – DV Mark #BOOM signature guitar. Yes, DV Mark is getting into the guitar business!

The #BOOM is a Strat-inspired model combining vintage and modern features, with a Wilkinson VGVS bridge and Lollar Blackface single-coil pickups. On the Markbass side of things, check out the incredible Little Mark Vintage, featuring a tube preamp, limiter control, four bands of EQ, balanced DI out with transformer, and a 500-watt power amp. There are also several Markbass bass models: the Kilimanjaro four- and five-string, the Richard Bona Kimandu fourand five-string, and the more vintage-vibed MB-Gold four-string.
