Electro-Harmonix always has plenty of cool pedals at NAMM, but this year, they came with some extra exciting news: the venerable MIG-50 amp, released under the Sovtek name by Electro-Harmonix founder Mike Matthews in the ‘90s, is back!

Electro-Harmonix has tweaked the specs just a little to make it more reliable, and it’ll be available later this year. Joe Bonamassa named the original MIG- 50 as one of his top five most underrated amps of all time, so you can be sure these are going to be very popular.
