SO, WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

We’re all from around Sydney, but the band took shape in Redfern. The two best things about Redfern are the people and the train station. It’s got a very rich history, and we’re lucky to be living and writing in such an inspiring place.

WHAT’S YOUR LATEST DROP?

Our latest release is called ‘Feeling It All’, and it’s for anyone who’s ever missed someone they love. If you like big choruses and the blurred line between guitar music and pop, this might be the tune for you!

HOW WOULD YOU SELL YOUR SOUND?

I’d say it’s fun and lighthearted, made by a bunch of best mates just trying to have a good time... That’s convincing, right?

WHAT ARE THE GO-TO JAMS ON YOUR TOUR VAN PLAYLISTS?

Collectively we’d need Beach Bunny, Phoebe Bridgers, Julia Jacklin, Amyl And The

Sniffers, Parkway Drive, The Smiths... The list goes on forever! We have some playlists on Spotify that you should check out.

IN WHAT SETTING DOES YOUR MUSIC TRULY COME TO LIFE?

We have a really cool turntable setup at home – it’s always nice to have a few friends around, crack a bottle of wine and dig through some vinyl. I think the beauty of physical music is that it can be very communal, so as much as I like a walk with my headphones, I’ll have to go with the “dinner party with mates” vibe.

IT’S 2012 AND THIS IS TUMBLR... WHAT’S ON YOUR MOODBOARD?

A Fender Jaguar. A flame in an empty room. A tour van in the middle of a dessert. Probably some lame quote over one of our album artworks – that was pretty, Tumblr right? And a microphone draped in flowers.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE KNOW?

We’re very thankful for everyone coming to our shows and buying out merch. We also absolutely love playing music together – we did 40 shows in 2022 and we don’t plan on slowing down, and we owe that to everyone who has supported us so far.
