The watering hole downstairs, aka The Local, with its bar, casual seating and billiards table, is used for “special occasions”. Louise says one of her favourite spots is the poolside cabana. “It’s a great space for family and friends to enjoy good food and drinks.” And as Susan is a keen cook, there’s plenty of the former.
