Owners Linda and Peter visit every weekend and tend to reside here for most of the summer. “It’s easy for the family to get to for Sunday lunch and a surf, paddleboard or snorkel,” says Linda. They split their time equally between the ground floor and lower level. “We entertain a bit and the downstairs living room is ideal for that,” says Linda. “We tend to have lunch outside because it’s shaded and perched right above the water.”
