NEEDLES AND TOOLS
• 6mm knitting needles • crochet hook for fringe
MEASUREMENTS
Size: 150cm long excluding fringe.
TENSION
As per wool
WORKING PATTERN
Cast on 91 stitches. Knit one row.
Pattern rows:
Row 1: K1 * yrn fwd, K2 tog, repeat from * to end.
Row 2: Purl
Row 3: K2 *yrn fwd, K2 tog, rep from * to last stitch, K1.
Row 4: Purl
These four rows form pattern. Continue in pattern until work measures 150cm.
Next row: Knit
Cast Off.
MAKING UP FRINGE
Cut 2 strands of yarn 30cm long. Keeping strands together, fold yarn in half and draw loop through stitch at end of scarf. Use a crochet hook to pull ends through loop and tighten. Work along both ends of scarf in this manner.
