MEASUREMENTS

Size approx 25cm wide and 110 cm long before sewing into a cowl.

SPECIAL ABBREVIATIONS

yfwd - bring yarn to the front of the work, thereby creating a stitch k2tog - Knit 2 stitches together, thereby decreasing a stitch.

TENSION

Is not critical to project

WORKING PATTERN

Using 12mm needles, cast on 17sts. Next Row: K1 * yfwd K2tog, rep from * to end of row.

Repeat this row until almost all the yarn is used – leaving sufficient to cast off loosely.

MAKING UP

Cowl is formed by twisting fabric once, then sewing the cast on end to the cast off edge. Darn in ends.
