MAKING UP
Join shoulder seams.
NECKBAND
With RS facing of garment and
4mm needles, slip the 7 sts from right front holder to righthand needle, rejoin yarn, pick up and k34 (34, 34, 34, 35, 36) sts up neck edge, 13 sts down back neck, k the back neck holder 17 (17, 19, 19, 21, 23) sts, pick up and k 13 sts up back neck, 34 (34, 34, 34, 35, 36) sts down front neck, patt the 7 sts from left front holder – 125 (125, 127, 127, 131, 135) sts.
Keeping front edge correct, work in front edge patt over all sts for 1 row.
NEXT ROW: RS – Patt 4, k2tog, yo twice. Patt 1 row but work only into first yo, drop 2nd yo off needle.
Patt straight for 4 more rows.
Cast off loosely in patt.
Insert sleeve tops. Join side and sleeve seams. Sew on button.
