MAKING UP

Felting Instructions

Set top loading washing machine to low water level, very hot water and heavy duty cycle. Use small amount of washing powder. Place slippers and flowers into lingerie back. Add a pair of jeans for extra agitation. Run cycle for initial wash. Check slippers and flower before water is drained. Stitches should have lost their definition and piece should appear visibly smaller. If more felting is required, turn back to beginning of cycle for more agitation. Check again and allow remainder of cycle to finish. Remove slippers and stuff with plastic bags to shape. Allow to dry. Stitch on felted flower or decorate as desired.
