• 4.50mm Circular needle

• 3.50mm crochet hook

• 2 markers

To fit bust: 86-91, 91-97cm Length: 52, 54cm

TENSION

22sts by 28 rows over lace pattern to 10cm

GETTING STARTED

LACE PATTERN: sts divisible by 6

ROW 1: RS * k2, yfwd, sl1, k1, psso k2tog, yfwd * rep from * to *

ROW 2: P all sts and yfwd from previous row

These 2 rows form pattern.

WORKING PATTERN

Front and Back worked in one piece.

LEFT FRONT

Cast on 50 (56) sts using 4.50mm needle.

Beg with row 1 of lace pattern, k 1st and last st (selvedge sts) in every row, work sts between the selvedge sts in pattern.

Cont in patt to 52 (54)cm leaving sts on holder break yarn.

RIGHT FRONT

Work exactly as given for left front to 52 (54)cm, ending with a RS row, do not break yarn.

BACK

NEXT ROW: WS – Patt 50 (56)sts from right front, cast on 18sts (form back neck) then with WS facing patt the 50 (56)sts from left front. 118 (130)sts.

Work in patt over all sts as given, k the selvedge sts in every row, at the same time dec at each side 1 st in every foll 4th row 10 times. 98 (100)sts.

Cont in patt without shaping until back measures 52 (54)cm. 104 (108)cm from beg.

MAKING UP

Fold garment at shoulder lines. Join side seams for 30cm leaving rem 22 (24)cm open for armholes

Crochet edging

ROUND 1: Dc at armhole, 7 ch, dc,

(dc approximat­ely 1 cm spacing) ROUND 2: dc in next ch 7 space, 5 ch, continue to end

ROUND 3: dc in next 5 ch sp, 3 ch, continue to end, fasten off

Sew on button, using lace pattern as buttonhole
