DHARCO WOMEN’S APPAREL

DHaRCO’s moto is ‘no ordinary life’, and their women’s range is far from ordinary. With a focus on materials that are comfortable and made to last, their designs are not only very practical, but incredibly flattering. DHARCO LADIES 3/4 JERSEY PRICE — $ 65.00 I loved both the short and three quarter sleeved women’s jerseys in DHaRCO’s Spring to Summer weight, which has been made to act like sports wear, but not look like it. They were both breathable and their women’s specific cut fit perfectly in all the right places. Wearing a looser t-shirt style jersey is great for all types of mountain biking, and means you’re not looking like a dork before or after riding too. This is a great jersey for someone who is just starting out mountain biking, and could be used for a range of other sport activities too, due to it’s moisture wicking fabric construction. It has a pocket built into the side panel, which was a little small for a large phone, but held everything else I needed when out for a ride. DHARCO LADIES GRAVITY SHORTS PRICE — $ 119.95 The women’s Gravity shorts have been amazing for trail riding, and look fantastic on and off the bike. They are made from a sturdy yet light fabric that boast a four way stretch capability, and a ‘no snag’ crotch design. They are a slimmer fit than some ‘baggy’ shorts I‘ve tried before making them really flattering and actually feel like they’ve been designed with girls in mind. The shorts are unlined so they could be worn on their own, or you can throw on your favorite knicks underneath for added comfort, which I would recommend. They do run a little small and I would suggest ordering a size up, as I am usually a Medium (12), however I had to go up to a size L, or XL if I wanted to wear nicks comfortably underneath. When in position on the bike, they rise up just above the knee, and allow plenty of room for knee pads as well. A zippered pocket at the back means money and lift passes are secure, however I would have liked to see a pocked that was big enough in the shorts that could hold a phone, but these are fantastic. DHARCO LADIES GLOVES PRICE — $ 36.50 The gloves are a summer weight mesh, with a pull on design, that really does live up to the expectation of ‘fitting like a glove’.They were perfect for working up a sweat while climbing, the upper mesh layer allowing heat to escape and dry comfort to reign supreme. The soft but durable synthetic suede base however, was thick enough to feel protected while sending it on technical trails. They fit snugly on the wrist which, having small hands like mine, doesn’t always happen. They are true to size and have three fun versatile colours that look great with a range of kit. These gloves are slim fitting, comfortable, versatile and even have smart phone sensitive finger pads for on the go updates to social media, trail seeking on Trailforks, or playing with a touchscreen GPS. They are really affordable and the new go-to glove during warmer weather!
