As the front wheel is at its high­est point, ap­ply down­wards pres­sure to the ped­als and try to imag­ine your feet are claw­ing around them. Lift back and up on the ped­als, keep­ing the pres­sure ap­plied and you might no­tice your toes may some­times point slightly down whilst do­ing so.
