WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS HEAD TO MT ST ANNE
After a huge event in Lenzerheide, the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships will make their way to one of the homes of World Cup racing – Mt St Anne, Canada. A place where the racing is as famous as the after parties, and the rock gardens cannot be tamed.
The World Championships will be preceded by the Masters World Championships, and there is certainly a big push to have some of the legends of the sport competing the week beforehand, given that so many of them are still active within the World Cup racing scene.
With Crankworx Whistler on earlier in August, this looks like the perfect time for a Canadian mountain bike trip. There will be 14 days of action at Mt St Anne, starting on 21st August. velirium.com
