Nothing says alpine like big mountains – and the Swiss Alps are full of them. Zermatt is surrounded by 4000m peaks, and none of them are more recognisable the world over than the Matterhorn. Zermatt will be hosting the Enduro World Series finale in 2019 and 2020, so we visited to see how this iconic alpine town is turning into one of the most exciting mountain bike destinations, with one of the best backdrops in the world.
