New Monza, new Superbird
Two new models have joined the Touring Car Masters for 2014. Series veteran Tony Hunter pulled the wraps off his five-litre Chevy Monza 2+2 at Winton. Hunter describes the car as “well balanced and easy to drive”. It scored a trio of top-10 finishes on debut, suggesting the car will be quick and reliable. Meantime, Darwin’s Bruce McLeod debuted an XA Falcon Superbird at Winton, swelling the TCM’s Falcon coupes’ ranks to three, joining a pair of XB hardtops.
