These pics were taken by Ian ‘Noddy’ Madden and came to us via his mate David Pretyman. They nicely capture the elation and relief of the London to Sydney Marathon’s nish at Warwick Farm in December 1968. How beautiful is that moment Noddy caught of the young girl on her Mum’s hip reaching out to her Dad perched on the XT Falcon’s bonnet! Nice one Noddy!
