Ford Cortina GT in Goodwood Green

ACortina GT, not a Lotus, although I can’t help thinking a yellow stripe would set this car off very nicely. The front end features a finely detailed etched-metal grille with chrome-plated headlight and indicator surrounds and chrome-plated front bumper. The interior features detailed gauges on the dash along with the authentic replication of the GT steering wheel. The driver’s seat features soft textured padding. The metal mounting bars are also visible underneath the seats. The venerable 1498cc Ford Kent is well presented, with the engine bay featuring strut bars, pressings and metal hinges. The front underbody shows the engine sump, suspension and exhaust system. The front wheels are even linked to the steering wheel.
