THE RECIPE TURKISH DELIGHT PAV
30ml Bass & Flinders Cerise Gin 15ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth Dash of raspberry syrup or cordial Dash of lemon juice 30ml egg white Tap of cinnamon powder
Put all ingredients into a Boston shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously until there is a thick foam. Double strain with a Hawthorne and snub nose strainer into a short spirit glass. Garnish with Morello cherries and blackberries.
