30ml Bass & Flin­ders Cerise Gin 15ml Maidenii Sweet Ver­mouth Dash of rasp­berry syrup or cor­dial Dash of lemon juice 30ml egg white Tap of cin­na­mon pow­der

Put all in­gre­di­ents into a Bos­ton shaker with lots of ice. Shake vig­or­ously un­til there is a thick foam. Dou­ble strain with a Hawthorne and snub nose strainer into a short spirit glass. Gar­nish with Morello cher­ries and black­ber­ries.
