We rated: Dishes arrive promptly, so you can be in and out in under two hours (should you want to be). Flavours get greater weighting than presentation, and we’re fine with that. We’d change: Service fits the brief, but is perhaps a little perfunctory. Notes: We visited for lunch and dinner and enjoyed both sittings – a later booking means you can also hit the hotel’s svelte rooftop bar for a nightcap with views.
