Sweet treat

Schulz Organic Dairy, located in the Victorian town of Timboon, has reinvented its Cheesery farmgate cafe as Schulz Organic Creamery & Cafe. Sitting just off the Great Ocean Road, the cafe has a new menu conceptualised by pâtissier chef Hila Perry (pictured above), formerly of big-name venues Bibelot, Vue de Monde, Fat Duck and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, as well as coffee by Melbourne’s Market Lane and lots of farm-fresh produce from the property’s cows. All of which makes it a perfect pit stop on a road trip down the coast or dairy-fuelled day trip from Melbourne.
